My apologies for the delays in finalizing the chapter's situation. Sometime during the next week, I'll be sending out an e-mail to all members active as of December 31, 2009, explaining things and outlining how we expect to proceed.

The results of the request for nominations were as expected. Only one person came forward for one elected position, and that is insufficient to keep this chapter running.
We are currently exploring the steps needed to officially dissolve the chapter. We'll keep you updated on the findings.
