User Groups

The STCEO is a member of a couple of publisher user groups. These user groups offer chapter members a discount on books published by the sponsoring publishing companies. As well, they offer chapter members the opportunity to get free books in return for reviews of those books.

Book Reviews

We have a number of books on-hand that we would love to have someone review in return for getting to keep the books. The books we currently have are:

• Learning XML
• Head First HTML with CSS and XHTML
• Starting & Running a Successful Newsletter or Magazine
• Information Dashboard Design
• Word Annoyances - How to Fix the Most Annoying Things About Your Favorite Word Processor
• Information Architecture for the World Wide Web, Third Edition

If you're interested in reviewing any of these books, please send an email to vice-president@stceo.org and we'll arrange for you to pick up the book(s) you want to review.
