Sheila Percival is a new graduate from the Algonquin College, Technical Writer program. She is an Ottawa native who has work experience with various departments in the federal government. Sheila operates her own company, Sheila Percival Writing Services, which specializes in business and technical writing. Her areas of interest include technical report writing, procedures, and policies.
